We offer a wide range of healthy and safe products for dogs and cats.  Our product categories include pet foods, treats, toys, grooming supplies, health supplements, bedding, accessories, and more.

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account for a faster checkout process in the future or check out as a guest.  You can also sign up for a subscription for products that you will continually want to receive.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, sorry.  We do not offer any international shipping.  Our purchase options are to Buy Online here and Pick up at your local store.  Another options is to Buy Online here and we can deliver to you.  Please check your address is within our local delivery radius.  Typically we serve locations that are within 8 miles of our stores.  Please check with your closest store to confirm delivery options.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
